Computer Training Programme (6 Months)
This is a nine (9) month training programme consisting of three (3) Skills Components (SC) each one for three (3) months. Topics will cover from basic computer hardware and software and several application programs that would prepare participants in an office environment operation. Certificate of Completion and Skills Component Records are to be awarded after finishing all the required SCs.

Caregiver Training Programme (9 Months)
Proper caring for elderly, infants, and children have gone through a lot of development both in practices and technological innovations. Our knowledge and skills from what we have been conventionally taught of, needs additional training and continuous upgrading to cope with these latest medical / caring practices as well as technological advances. This Caregiver Training aims to address this upgrading needs. To complete the programme, participants needs to finish the following SCs:
SC2.1 – Basic Healthcare
SC2.2 – Care of Infants, Toddlers, and Children
SC2.3 – Care of Elders
SC2.4 – Home Management and Personality Development
SC2.5 – Institutional attachment (2 months)
SC2.6 – Heartsaver First Aid/CPR Training Course
This includes the Heartsaver First Aid Course by AMERICAN HEART ASSOCIATION with the two-year certification card that participants will be awarded upon completion of the programme.
SC2.7 – SCDF Fire Safety and Emergency Training
SC2.8 – Clinical Equipments Practical Skills
SC2.9 – English Competency with TESOL Assessment
Entrepreneurship and Business Management (6 Months)
Intended for those who wishes to upgrade their business skills or pick-up practical knowledge in running a business or getting ideas on what business to start with. This training is combination of lectures, discussion, and business project. It include the following Skills Components:
SC3.1 – Business Ideas, Legal Requirements, Business Planning
SC3.2 – Sales and Marketing, Advertising and Promotion, Customer Service
SC3.3 – Accounting and Finance, Computerization, Tools of the Trade
SC3.4 – Leadership, Organizational Behavior
SC3.5 – Business Project (2 months)

Managing Front Office Operations (6 Months)
From reservation, arrival, stay, and departure of guests, front office personnel plays a central role in meeting the needs of each guest. Being well-trained on these tasks provides guest a pleasant experiences and willingness to return. This course aims to equip participants on the industry standard on front office operation putting efforts on practices that satisfies guests while ensuring a profitable operation. This course include the following SCs:
SC12.1 – The Lodging Industry / Hotel Organization / Front Office Operations
SC12.2 – Reservation / Registration
SC12.3 – Communication and Guest Services / Security and Lodging Industry
SC12.4 – Front Office Accounting / Check-out and Account Settlement / The Role of Housekeeping in the Hospitality Industry.
SC12.5 – The Front Office Audit / Planning and Evaluating Operations
SC12.6 – Revenue Management / Managing Human Resources.

Managing Housekeeping Operations (6 Months)

No level of service, friendliness, or glamour can equal the sensation of a guest has upon entering a spotless, tidy, and conveniently arranged room. This course aims to teach participants on the standard housekeeping management knowledge and skills. Launch your career in the hotel/lodging industry with this international certification. You will learn to work by thoroughly going through the complexities of the housekeeping profession - from planning, organizing, to budgeting, to supervising and performing the work itself. This include the following SCs:
SC11.1 – The Role of Housekeeping in Hospitality Operations / Planning and Organizing the Housekeeping Department.

Managing Services in the Food and Beverages Operations (6 Months)This training aims to teach participants on the standard food beverage services. It is designed for those who wanted to be employed in the food and beverage industry which includes restaurants, hotels, lodgings, catering, in-company facilities, etc. Participants gain knowledge on how to deliver the service needed in the food and beverage industry which is the essential skills needed to meet customers needs. This includes the following SCs:

A certificate from AMERICAN HOTEL AND LODGING ASSOCIATION – EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTE will be awarded upon completion of the all requirements of the training programme including assessment.
ENGLISH TRAINING PROGRAMME (6 Months)
Consist of three (3) Skills Components namely:
SC 5.1 BASIC ENGLISH (2 Months) – focus on developing the participants’ listening and speaking skills using the English language.
SC 5.2 INTERMEDIATE ENGLISH (2 Months) – focus on developing the participants’ writing and reading skills using the English language.
SC 5.3 ADVANCED ENGLISH (2 Months) – combination of basic and intermediate English on a higher level including TESOL review for prospective exam takers.
(With optional TESOL Exam and Certification)
BASIC / INTERMEDIATE JAVA TRAINING (1 Month)
The Basic & Intermediate Java Training provides students with information about the syntax of the Java programming language; object-oriented programming with the Java programming language; exceptions. Programmers familiar with object-oriented concepts can learn how to develop Java technology applications. The course uses the Java 2 Software Development Kit ( Java 2 SDK). Normally conducted for four (4) consecutive Saturdays (2PM-4PM)
ADOBE PHOTOSHOP TRAINING (1 Month)
This training is intended for participants who do not have prior knowledge and skills about photoshop program. Using Adobe Photoshop Elements, participants are expected to learn the basic of hoto editing. Normally conducted for four (4) consecutive Saturdays (3PM-5PM)
WEB DESIGN TRAINING This training is intended for participants who wants to have a basic knowledge in web designing. Starting from the concepts of HTML proceeding to usage of Adobe/Macromedia Dreamweaver, Fireworks, and Flash programs. Normally conducted for four (4) consecutive Saturdays (3PM-5PM)
GUITAR LESSONS (3 Months)
Offer for those interested on learning the basic of guitar playing. Sessions are conducted in small classes for maximum opportunity to participants to learn the skills of guitar playing.>
