RETURNED GOODS POLICY

1. Goods will be accepted for return on the following reasons:

    1. If shipment was made without Customer's authorization or order;
    2. If incorrect items were shipped;
    3. If defective items were shipped;
    4. If defective goods are covered by the standard warranty.

2. To return goods, you must contact us at Tel No. (65) 6534-5830 or email us support@neovitagroup.com stating the following:

  1. Reason you wish to return the goods;
  2. Quantity, description, part number and serial number of the goods (if available);
  3. Date of Receipt of Order.

3. Shipment must be sent prepaid by Customer. Freight collect shipments will not be accepted, and goods will be returned to sender.
